Bolo Churros , OU BOLO DE CANELA COM DOCE DE LEITE.... Só não me decepcionei porque antes de fazer, pesquisei bastante as receitas e comentarios, e vi que a febre do momento nda tem haver com o tradicional "churros", a não ser pela fartura de doce de leite ( usei 4 latas para confeitar este bolo) e a canela! Mas preciso dizer qque a combinaçao da canela com o doce de leite ficou muuuuuito deliciosa!! Vale a pena fazer.<br />

Testei varias receitas e achei a massa meio seca e com exagero de canela e outras com pouca ...fiz algumas adaptaçoes e cheguei a ma massa que nos agradou aqui em casa. Aqui vai;<br />

Ingedientes;<br />
3 ovos<br />
1 xíc de açúcar<br />
3 colheres de sopa de óleo<br />
2 xíc. de farinha de trigo<br />
1/2 xíc de leite<br />
1 colher de sopa de fermento<br />
30g de canela em pó<br />
Bater bem o açúcar e os ovos. Acrescente o oleo e continue batendo. Misture aos poucos aa farinha e o leite. Acrescente a canela, e por ultimo, o fermento. Forno pré aquecido 1800 graus por +- 4 min. Recheie e cubra o bolo com muuuuuuuuito doce de leite e pollvilhe com açucar e canela!!!<br />

Tentar voltar ás minhas artes gulosas, mesmo com o filhote sem desgurdar do colo! Afinal esta na hora de ele ser apresentado á brincadeira que a mamãe mais gosta né? rs. Deus maaais ou menos certo. Ele ficou entretido um tempinho com os apetrechos e ingredientes...fui mostrando e explicando tudo- como se ele estivesse entendendo tudo- rs e ele adorou!!! Até que a paciencia acabou e ele abriu o berreiro (. Mas, lá estava eu na metade da torta!!! E vamo que vamo....em tempo record, quase como a mulher maravilha, consegui termina-la. Logico, com digamos "algumas"muitas imperfeiçoes, mas ficou uma delicia!!!</span><br />

Ainda preciso ajustar alguns detalhes, não fiquei totalmente satisfeita com a estrutura deste aqui...preciso praticar mais. Mas mesmo assim ficou bnito e muito gostoso! A ideia do naked cake é fazer um bolo simples e sem cobertura e usa-se decora-los com frutas ou flores... Acrescente os ovos um a um, batendo bem a cada adição. Alternadamente acrescente a farinha de trigo peneirada e o leite. Cuidado para nao bater demais. Á mão mesmo, misture o fermento e o bicarbonato.</span><br />

E logo de cara, me surpreendi com duas receitas MARAVILHOSASSS, aprovadíssimas....o fudge, pra quem não conhece, é um docinho super popular na inglaterra, feito de chocolate e recheado com o que a imaginação mandar....o tradicional é chocolate e só. Pelas fotos e pela receita, que leva pouquíssimos ingredientes, nunca me senti atraída, mas como nada passa batido pela minha curiosidade, hoje foi o dia, e adorei!!! O doce é nada mais do que um pedaço de chocolate EXTREMAMENTE, macio e ao contrario do que se pode pensar pela receita não fica doce demais...(pelo menos pro meupaladar formiga).Certamente, teremos que providenciar ovos de pascoa, com recheio desta maravilha!!!rsrs</span><br />

Nunca tinha me aventurado em fazer a versão branca da classica e maravilhosa mousse de chocolate preto, e acreditem, é incrivelmente deliciosa, sabor intenso do chocolate branco, que logicamente deve ser de excelente qualidade e textura firme, densa, porem macia. Misture ao chocolate e bata as claras em neve bem firme, acrescente o restante do açúcar e o cremor tartaro (para dar mais firmesa), até ponto de suspiro,e misture delicadamente ao chocolate. Leve gelar por pelo menos 6h, ou até firmar bem.</span></div>
